Alligator - Wild-caught Louisiana Alligator is available in our freezer case in one-pound packages of white meat, boneless filets. Join our mailing list for recipes. Frogs-Legs - available flash frozen, in 5-pound boxes, you can easily separate just the quantity of pairs of frogs legs that you need for your gathering. There are six to eight pairs of medium frogs legs per pound, and the "saddle" has been removed. Local Black Angus Beef - grass-fed and naturally raised on Chestnut Hill Farm and processed at Olde Village Meats in Frazeysburg. The meat is vacuum packed and frozen in many popular cuts including ground beef, beef cubes for stew, roasts, and steaks. Local Lamb - our own farm's naturally raised, free-range lamb is available frozen, vacuum packed in many popular cuts including lamb chops, ribs, shanks, shoulder chops, and leg roasts. Ground lamb and boneless roasts are back in stock as of November 2011. We expect to have a busy lambing season on our farm in Spring 2012.
